ABOUT MR. DESHI
Mr. Deshi was founded by Mr. Paras Pravinchandra Kurwa in the year 2016. Mr. Deshi Store was started with the aim of educating the public and creating awareness about A2 milk and bringing it within reach of every single family. The Story was begun from the man, Mr. Paras, who was searching for the milk in the Sangli City. But he didn't actually get the A2 milk. He was very disappointed as there was not a sangle dairy or shop where he can find the A2 milk. After that, the journey was started on researching the Milk. Then he thought it could be his business and the Mr. Deshi Store was founded.
At Mr. Deshi Store, we pride ourselves on our pure and wholesome milk. We believe that happy cows give healthy milk. As a result, the milk produced is organic, 100% hormone free and unadulterated. This milk comes with no added preservatives. The milking process involves a hands-off approach and hence, the milk that reaches your doorstep is 100% pure.

A1 MILK & A2 MILK
A1 MILK
This is the milk obtained from foreign breeds of cows like Jersey.
It contains the A1 type of proteins and hence the name.
Genetic mutation of Cows led to A1 type of protein in milk.
Can produce 15-20 liters of milk everyday.
The peptides of this milk cannot be broken into Amino acids and this makes it hard to digest.
The milk has BCM7 which causes Type 1 diabetes.
The cows are treated as milk producing machines.
Cows do not have hump which stores the Vitamin D.
A2 MILK
This is the milk that is present in almost all the Indian breeds of the cow like Gir Cow.
It contains the A2 type of proteins and hence the name.
The Indian breed is considered to be pure.
Has a maximum capacity of around 6-9 litres of milk everyday.
The milk proteins are easily broken down into Amino acids and it makes the milk easily digestible.
It does not contain BCM7
The cows are treated as an emotional being and are taken care of.
Cows have a hump which stores the Vitamin D.
